This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.5 KYC Verification. yz777 requires successful completion of KYC verification before processing any deposit, withdrawal, or bonus activation. KYC requires submission of clear photographs of both sides of your CNIC. yz777 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yz777 Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. yz777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

5.1 Currency. All deposits, stakes, winnings, and withdrawals on the yz777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied by yz777.

6.4 Only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household, per device, and per payment method. Users who have previously held an yz777 Account are not eligible for new customer promotions.
7.1 All sports bets and casino game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game, as displayed within the yz777 Platform at the time of placing a stake.
7.2 Stakes are final once confirmed by the Platform. yz777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet or game round has been confirmed, except where yz777 determines an obvious error has occurred (see clause 7.4).

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits yz777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.2 Upon permanent Account closure, any verified PKR balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable time.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting yz777 support via live chat or email. Account closure for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion) takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, you may seek resolution through any external dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable regulatory framework.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
